i was going to run today…but i only lasted about 30 seconds and then…almost fainted again. i’m starting to give up on this goal. it’s been bringing me to the hospital too many times…
i don’t know what happened to me but i used to run every day for at least 30 minutes and now i can’t do 30 seconds? i feel like such a failure and i’m really disappointed because i want to be able to run.

I started running again yesterday. I planned on running for 30 minutes but I only lasted about 20 because my jaw and my teeth started shooting with pain because of my TMJ.
Then later, I went to the gym with my brother. I was going to do just a few minutes of the elliptical to warm up before working on some other machines. I only did like 7-8 minutes on it, and then I got off and fainted… :( Luckily my brother and my friend were there to help me.
But this is so discouraging. I don’t know if I can run anymore because of my jaw problem, and then fainting after doing the elliptical was just embarrassing and I’m scared that its going to happen again. I ate a good amount of food yesterday and I drank before working out. I think the problem was the way I was breathing. I probably forgot to breathe or something, which caused me to faint.

run every day but then I got really busy and stressed out with school and I couldn’t find time or energy to run. I started running again yesterday, it was tough after a few months of not running but afterwards I felt really good.
It’s almost summer, so I’m hoping that once its summer and I have more free time, I’ll be able to start running regularly again.
So even though I ran yesterday, I’ll only count this goal done once I run regularly.
