pay off credit cards

I’m one payment away from accomplishing this goal. I’m gong to use either this week’s paycheck or my next paycheck to finally pay off my credit card in full.

With my new job, I’m finally able to afford to make large payments on my debt. I figured out that if I make large, aggresive payments I can pay off my credit card in 4 months and my student loan in one year. I’ve stashed some cash in savings and think I’m going to try and rid myself of all debt. We’ll see!

I’ve totally slacked on my weekly payment plan – have to get back on it! I really want to eliminate this debt.

Next month I am attempting to put myself on a budget. I’ve already set up a budget sheet in Excel, so hopefully I’ll be diligent about following it. Part of my plan includes making weekly online credit card payments, since I get paid weekly. If I can stick to my budget I should be free of this debt in 13 months, by Sept 2006!
