A few years ago, I read Constructing Language Processors for Little Languages with the idea of learning how to use lex and yacc. I never got around to using what the book taught, and as a result, I didn’t learn as much as I might have about what it takes to build a parser.
A few weeks ago, I picked up The Definitive ANTLR Reference: Building Domain-Specific Languages with the idea of taking up with ANTLR where I left off with yacc. Wish me luck!
