Realise it's so easy to make others happy...

Just by doing the little things. I’m doing the refreshments this evening for a friend at the local amateur theatre, although I’ve had a bad day, am really tired after working extra yesterday & on call last night. It’ll make my friend so happy, also she’s got me down to train someone else. I know I’ll feel great when I get there, I’ll soon develop into the social butterfly I become when in the spotlight, it’s also easier relating to people when you have a job to do & can hide behind the refreshments. People think I’m so confident, just good at acting when I need to, if only they knew!



to become more aware...

...of beauty in the unexpected places, which we don’t need money to appreciate



Glad for the wonderful surrounding...

...at one of the places I work, especially as the other is an industrial unit



Love the natural flora found in unexpected places...

...if only they would grow in my garden.



Being thankful...

...when things are going my way.



Be thankful that I'm relatively healthy...

...& what’s wrong with me is on the mend



Feeling great...

& feeling grateful, realise how lucky I am.



Remembering how good I feel when I done my chores...

...the thought of it is always worse than the doing.

.....I would only be alright if I could get started!!!!

Need to remember the feeling of tranquility, cleaniness, order & peacefulness when everything is in it’s place, clean & easy to hand. Little & often. Got out of routine need to get back into it & feel the benefits of achieving this, i did it before & can do it again.



Receiving compliments...

...learn to stop making excuses & accept them for what they are!



Seeing a new flower emerging in the garden...

... always makes me feel wonderful & full of hope.
