keep it simple. don’t try crazy diets or buy ‘miracle weight loss drugs’ or middle-of-the-night-advertisement exercising devices. i found that just removing excess fats and unnecessary sugars from my diet, along with daily or near-daily exercise, worked for me.

stop eating junk food and try to cut back on meal portions. i’ve shrunk my stomach by not eating as much and now also eat healthier. i found i’m losing a pound a week without lifting a finger solely by changing my eating habits. once it warms up, i’ll be able to ride my bike again and should lose 5-10 lbs. / week.
