when dh and I married, but I couldn’t decide (keep, hyphenate or take his) FYI,I plan to hyphenate. I WISH I had made the change before we bought a house together, because getting the mortgage info changed will be a big hassle not to mention all the usual stuff.
What finally change my mind about adding his last name was the hang-dog look he would get every anniversary. He was so thrilled and that was worth about a million dollars ; )
