large pot of veg soup (still working on)
a few leftover strawberries with sugar

I’m out of water. Not good. Going to the store today

yesterday I weighed 139 so only 5 more lbs to finish this goal. writing down my calorie intake just these few times has helped me think more of eating vegs since they have so few calories yet I noticed the energy from them lasts a couple of hours. I think the main thing I can do is watch my sugar intake-cant stand coffee without it, or fruit, but I can eat less fruit and more vegs to avoid the sugar I like to add to the fruit-vegs seem sweet enough to me without sugar but for some reason fruit doesnt. I think I am exercising as much as is healthy, so if I keep it up, along with the vegs I dont see any reason why the last 5 lbs shouldnt be off soon

2 tbsps veg oil 240 calories
4 cups coffee 20 calories (5 ea. cup)
1 1/2 cups applesauce 270 calories
12 tsps sugar 180 calories
6 tsps nondairy creamer 60 calories

1192 calories
(so far)
I still have the rest of the day to go, though-will probably have one more meal with a vegetable and maybe some rice. Not sure what calorie amt to aim for-I read everything from 1500-2000; losing the first 20 lbs when I used calorie-count.com for awhile I often consumed 2000 calories a day and still lost weight; but it was all vegan except for fish

today i had applesauce, ritz crackers, tofu, spinach, coffee. also part of a juice icee

will think soon of trying to count calories so i can lose the last 10 of this goal

fasted a little while i was bleeding-maybe that had to do with not having cramps-weight went down to 138 but now it’s back to 144

2 bowls of oatmeal with soymilk and sugar
1 raw carrot
2 cups of soymilk with strawberry syrup
1 cup of soymilk with sugar and lemon
1 cup of lemonade
1/4 cup of redskin spanish peanuts
1 can of black beans w/veg oil and pepper
4 .5L waters
4 cornbread pancakes
large plate of cabbage/carrot v/veg oil, bragg’s,and spices

I may not stick to this, but I’m going to start recording what I eat with the idea that I’ll soon start counting calories. Last time (also the first time) I tried this it was too time-consuming though

today:
1)bowl of raw oats with soymilk, lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar
2)4 cups of soymilk with strawberry syrup
3)tofu cubes cooked in oil with bay powder, black pepper, and bragg’s liquid aminos (about 3/4 package)
4)5 .5 L waters
5)cup of cooked cabbage in veg oil
6)2 raw carrots
7)can of whole potatoes
8)2 4oz containers of applesauce w/sugar added
9)about 1/2 cup of redskin spanish peanuts

been eating a lot, rather than going hungry and the effect seems to be that my weight is more stable rather than swinging up to 148 and back down again to 141-it’s so strange. 145. i think it wont improve until i can do more vigourous workouts-need to figure out what to do about my knees
