Ok, it’s almost a year now and I can’t seem to lose any weights off. My weight has been fluctuating up and down, so on average I’m about 60kgs.

So this time, here’s the plan for the next two weeks:
Current W: 60 kgs
Short-Term GW: 57 kgs
Target W: 47-50 kgs

Yes, today I weighed myself. The scale showed 59.4kg! Wohooo!!! Hopefully, it’s not the water-weight. Anyway, now I’m setting up a new target goal, 56.4kg! It takes quite a while to lose 3kgs, let’s see how long it takes to lose it this time.



Almost there! 2 years ago

Today I weighted myself. I’m like yay, a little bit more. it showed 59.8kg. Ok, I’m almost reaching my smaller goal -> 59.4kg.

After this, I’m reaching for 56.4kg. Can’t wait to hit “I’ve done this” button. Hopefully, this weight will last a while (not the water weight) :D

Ok, my brother’s wedding is around the corner, I need to lose this extra pound, so to jump-start, I’m doing the lemonade diet. I’m on day 2, but I lost some kg already.

Prior to diet: 62.4kg
today: 60.8kg
weight-loss: 1.6kg

I’m sure that the weight I lose is just water weight. So cannot be getting excited yet. I am targetting to do 10-day, let’s see how it goes. Hopefully, I can stand the temptation.

So I lost some kgs after the lemonade diet. Then, I gained it more than I lost!! eekk! My current weight is 62.4 kgs… Gosh, more to work on.

Anyway, cannot just be sad about it. So, I’m gonna try for a week of lean cuisine and see how it goes. Hopefully one week from now, I lose some weight.

Ok, target goal now is 59.4 kg.



Water weight :( 2 years ago

Ok, the pounds that I lose were just water weight, meaning that I gained most of it back. This morning I weigh 61.6 kg. Bummer…
But, I felt a lot “cleaner” in my system after doing the master cleanse.

Ok, I’m starting all over again. I’m gonna try to log about once a week to see my progress.
Current weight: 61.6 kg
Target weight: 58.6 kg
Progress: 0 kg
Plan for the week: portion control.



Am I losing real weight or just water weight? 2 years ago

I am doing a master cleanse now, on day 3. This morning I weighted myself, it’s 58.8 kg. i wonder if it’s water weight. But anyway, let’s see if by Feb 5, I am still at 58.8kg. That means, I maintain it. :D

Two weeks from now: 59kg.

Ok, I can do this!!! Though today is not good as I already consume about 1000+ calories not including dinner yet. Gosh, I hope dinner won’t be that bad…
