might just be bad for you… read an article on yahoo! saying that sitting up straight causes more back pain than sitting in other positions; also that the most ergonomic position is actually sitting at 130-something degree angles because it relieves stress from your back bones and muscles… and all this time i’ve been trying to sit up straight. go figure.

that we’ve got the computer system kind of up and running, i’ve been spending a few hours slumped over a laptop… and it’s taking its toll on my back :( i need to find a better place to finish my work…
my back’s been hurting lately, and i think it’s cuz i’ve been slouching again… maybe i need to put that pillow back on my seat? i took it off cuz i felt like i was sitting too straight… arg. i think i need to decide what i want.
i’m reading all the other entries on this goal, and most of them are by tall folks… i’m short, so i really don’t have any reason to slouch… and don’t have much height to lose… so i think i need to work on this…
