i tried a new curly hair product yesterday by herbal essences… well, not really new, but i haven’t used mousse since like, 1989… yikes it’s been 17 years it turned out almost quasi-tamed and is looking not-crazy this morning. that’s kind of shocking since it wasn’t exactly good-hair weather out yesterday…

every day is a battle against the curl… i’ve tried to cut it super short, blow-dry it straight, flat-iron it, relaxed it… i even tried rebonding it. it always grew back—this time with a vengeance!

maybe i should stop fighting so hard… and just let it do what it does best.
