I signed up and paid for a membership to TOPS. They meet every Thursday night. 10/18 will be my first day. I hope this will give me the push I need to get started.

My goal is to lose 10 pounds consistently each month until I reach 150 pounds. Then I will re-evaluate to see if I should continue to lose more weight.
