I just moved rooms and in reorganizing, I started reading through some of my writing journals, and after not seeing them for years, I was shocked at how lovely some of the material is. Now I really want to get out someplace where I can share it and perhaps get some feedback.

open mic invite 3 years ago

While at the zine fair this weekend I was invited to a local open mic night that happens weekly. I mean, not that you have to be invited to an open mic night, but the guy and I talked about our zines and writing and he insisted that I pick up the information and encouraged me to come. Hopefully I will soon.
