I started on a “pattern” of sorts from a Leisure Arts book about a year ago – it consists of 63 different pattern stitch squares that combine to make an afghan. I’m on square #9 right now. I just haven’t really had time to sit down and crochet for long periods of time, part of why this book is neat – you can just do a square, forget about it for a while, and then do more squares as you have the time. You learn new stitches along the way too!
