Like my goal with cooking, this is a hard goal to mark achieved because with baking there’s a lot to learn! I can make a good quick cake, brownies, muffins, some different types of bread, and a few other things… but there’s still so much to baking that I don’t know if I can say I’m done with this goal. There’s definitely a few things I’d like to become competent at – pies, puff pastry, some types of bread. I’ll revisit this one in a few months to see where I’m at (and if I’ve baked anything, which I haven’t lately).
