Eat without guilt. Think of what my ideal self would do and then do it. Stop waiting to become who I want to be and start being her now. Carpe diem. Enjoy the sun. Take walks in the rain. Wear flowers in my hair. Hug trees. Watch the waves crash on the beach. Let go of the safe and familiar – explore and have adventures. Raise consciousness, especially my own. Recapture the excitement of childhood. Deal with what is in front of me, not what I’m imagining in my head. Celebrate life. Live now.

April has been a great month so far – plenty of fresh air, wild food & water, barefoot walks, nature connection. Peace, silence, stillness & beauty. Soaking up in the sun. Exploring different culture and people. Being quiet & present, listening. Letting go of some things, holding on to others. Sitting under blossoming trees. Watching the waves.
Take long walks. Spend more time in nature. Love myself and my body. Eat the best food possible. Drink only fresh spring water – hike to the spring daily. Enjoy beauty. Surround myself by positive people.
Exercise my courage like a muscle – do something that’s clearly but not overwhelmingly out of my comfort zone every day until it starts to feel natural, then increase the difficulty level. Expand my discomfort tolerance. Lean into my fears.
Be present – listen carefully. Spend more time in silence and stillness. Be open-minded; remember that the solution often comes from an unexpected direction. Admit what I don’t know. Accept help. Be grateful. Try not to label things as ‘good’ and ‘bad’ but just let them be. Accept what is – but don’t settle. Don’t resist change.
