100. Chicken & Gnocchi Soup 6 months ago

Olive Garden Style

My husband said he didn’t think this soup would be good enough for my 100th soup. I made it anyway and it turned out to be one of his favorite soups. He has a lot of new favorite soups.

99. Moa Ta Haari Chicken 6 months ago

Tahitian Lanai

I wasn’t sure whether or not to include this is my list since it’s not really a soup but the base is mostly milk and coconut milk and the original recipe was served in a coconut half.

The flavor combination was different that what we normally have but loved the results and will make it often. We served this over a scoop of rice.

I miss Tahitian Lanai.

98. Split Pea Soup with Ham Hocks 6 months ago

Good Deal with Dave Lieberman. An easy recipe that I will make again.

97. Spaghetti and Meatball Soup 7 months ago

Cook’s Country

This is now one of our favorite soups and will be making it again. I liked that the meatballs were made of ground chicken and the pesto gave them lots of flavors.

96. Chicken and Spinach Soup 7 months ago

About.com

I wanted a quick recipe for lunch today that included spinach and was happy to find a Chinese recipe instead of my normal Italian recipes.

The soup was really good, but thought the recipe could have been a little clearer. It isn’t often I come across a recipe that is written to add one ingredient two different times in the recipe. I will definitely make this soup again but next time I will probably grate the ginger and not blanch the spinach since the soup is brought back to a boil after adding spinach.

95. BLT Soup 10 months ago

BigOven

A quick soup that I made for dinner tonight with grilled cheese sandwiches. Lots of flavor! We liked this better than regular tomato soup and will definitely make this again.

94. Cajun Chicken and Corn Stew 10 months ago

Cook’s Country

My husband liked it more than I did. It was good, but probably won’t make it again.

93. Cajun Chowder 11 months ago

Real Cajun Recipes

Today was cold and rainy and this chowder was really good for dinner tonight. I used both crab and shrimp. The recipe called for two cups of cream but only used one cup plus one cup of 1% milk and thought it was rich enough. I will be making this again!

92. Cheesy Potato Soup 11 months ago

I wanted an easy recipe for lunch today and found this from Mormon Country Cooking

I liked it.

91. Smoked Turkey and Corn Chowder 11 months ago

RecipeZaar

I only tasted the soup and it was gone before I had a chance to enjoy it. My husband said the soup was hearty with lots of flavor. Hopefully my father-in-law also enjoyed it. I’ll have to make it again the next time I have leftover smoked turkey.
