Find the perfect shade of red lipstick

I want a shade that I can wear often, not just on special occasions. My skin is very cool (the veins on the inside of my wrists actually look bluish purple), and I’d want something moisturizing. Long lasting isn’t quite as important, ‘cause I want my mouth to be just as kissable as it looks. Lots of shine isn’t necessary, either, but, at the same time, I wouldn’t want something really matte. Maybe something satiny or velvety.
