Simple Workouts 4 months ago

Since the beginning of the summer, I’ve been doing calf raises and squats to gain leg strength. I’ve also been working on my arms and core a bit, too. I shot baskets for 2 hours straight yesterday, which was rigorous because of all the jumping I had to do, haha. My sprinting has already improved a bit. Last summer, my body was like jell-o because I lost weight too quickly. I’m glad that I’m healthier now :D

I had to do Shuttle Run as part of the presidential fitness test. I actually got 0.2 seconds faster than last yr. It’s all good…
