i lost 1.4lbs this week, only 26 more.

i just lost 2.6 lbs! i know it’s not alot but it was a lot of hard week for one week! and i hope christmas doesn’t kill it.
i’m excited and scared. i’m excited to see how much my hard work has paid off, i’m scared i won’t see any difference.
so i’ve got it figured i need to loose 2-3lbs a week to hit my goal by my birthday, if i don’t loose 30 by then i’ll understand but i would like to loose SOMETHING by then.
i’ve been trying my best to keep myself motivated. so far i’ve acheived in eating a bit better and keeping a mind set of wanting to look better, i just need to work on the motivation to work out. so far so good though, i’ve worked out tuesday, thursday, and friday, and plan to hit it hard on saturday and sunday.
my orignal plan was to weigh myself once a month along with taking pictures to see if there are any changes. i’m dieing to know if there has been any changes and am having trouble waiting the month to weigh myself so i’ve decided to do weekly weigh ins and monthly pictures.
i no longer simply want to get into shape i want to loose 30 lbs. i’m going to track what i eat, and work out more. i recently bought a trampoline and decided to weight myself and take a picture of my back, front, and side to see if it makes a difference on working out. it was then that i saw my rear end was not how i imagined it. therefor i will be loosing 30.
so i always told myself i would start working out if i had an ipod…..well now i have myself an ipod….so i better start working out.
