which means that whenever i eat sugar or high GI stuff my blood sugar goes wack and i feel like eating more sugary stuff which makes it worse etc etc. (and i always thought i just didn’t have discipline). so i have to be really carefull about what i eat. which is sometimes easy but sometimes my brain tries to trick me and i think “i know last time i ate lollies it made me food crazy and bingey, but this time it will be different”. Why can’t i learn!
