build an electric car

It will be a regular car just with out any gas what so ever, but here is the kicker it dosen’t ever need to be pluged in. The reason is that it has small generators in all four wheels so every time the wheel turned it would charge the (core of the car) but my brother told me that the friction and gravity would affect the rashio of the power which means that if it charges only once every turn of the wheel sooner or later it couldn’t go with out being charged so what i did was made it so every time the wheel turned it would charge 3x every turn. The second battery A.K.A.(the core) would be where all the power goes wants the generators from the wheels made it, the first battery would be like any other it first turn your car on then it would be the radio the windows etc. and that is my design
