I understand that 26 miles is dreadfully hard, but I think running cross country will help. Today I ran 3.5 miles, where as yesterday I ran 4. Once we get further into the season, we will run more and I will probably run up to 11 miles at one time.

This is a very long time goal…I’ve been a maximum of 7 miles but in the next few months, I’ll be up to 11 keep working and I’ll eventually get there!!! I might run a few without worrying about time before I get it down to under 4 hours!
