Bad

I havent gone to the GYM for two weeks now. And in the last two weeks I have done no form of exercise even. Just eaten and smoked more than I am happy.

But this has to change. It has taken longer than I expected, but I wish to change this. This is reminding me to go back and start practicing the exercising of my “will”.



Bad start of week.

I have already missed 3 days of gym this week. Monday was 1st May so the gym was closed. I think Gyms should not be closed on days like this. Then on tuesday I went to smoke but i did not go to the gym! And wednesday I slept, and then woke up late to go to dance class.

Manjusha did not come so that was a good chance for me to come back to mira road and do the one hour of cardio. But I did not do that. Instead I went to JUHU, (keshav had called). So I went there and some good things happen, read about that somewhere else.



Massage is good

I read that normally our blood circulation depends only on the power of our heart. Massage facilitates circulation. The more blood that circulates, more toxins and lactic acids are washed off from our insides. So massage is good.

I have been going to the gym at an average of around 3 days a week only now. And I definately feel good about it. But I know I will have much better results if I am more regular. I definately see that my biceps are slowly coming into place. My leg Muscles have started coming into shape as well. My chest is looking better too.

Whether I continue staying at my home or not, I want to continue going to the Gym regularly for the next six months and be able to see a difference.

After I have had some success i.e toned body, more strength, better stamina, and generally looking hot, get back to dance class in smitalay, and start a dance practice routine.
