I am going to a wedding on September 29th and I think that is a good deadline for this goal. I will have to lose about 3 pounds per week. That is pretty hard core, but I think that I can do it. I know exactly what I have to do to get it done. No more pop. Lots of water. Exercise whenever possible. Don’t eat crap. Don’t go out to eat whenever I can avoid it and make smart choices when I do. I can do this.
