Exercising is one of my 2012 resolutions. It doesn’t mean that I’d have to go to gym on a regular basis, I don’t have the time and money for that, but every morning, after I open my eyes and while still in bed, I’m doing some exercising for my abs to get rid of the belly. Not only it takes only a few minutes and helps me wake up, but it makes a good start of the day; it makes me happy I’ve already done something for myself for the day.
