at school this wasn’t a problem at all, as I probably walked close to five miles everyday to and from classes and such. now that I’m home from break I find that I rarely get enough exercise to feel even vaguely worn out or healthy. I do about ten minutes of yoga each morning, which is nice to stretch out, but not really for exercise. I’ve always really hated gyms, as they just seem so unnatural and focus so much on weight loss and muscle gain, neither of which I care about in the slightest. outdoor exercise really isn’t an option given the season. I suppose I will just keep up with the yoga and maybe starting hiking outside more, despite the cold.
