When do you know you’ve accomplished this goal? :)
I’ve already started drinking more water, eating more greens, and less meat and carbs but every now and I have some pizza, burgers, cheesecake, and all those deliciously unhealthy things. I love food and I can’t imagine life without some of them even though I know they’re unhealthy. Would it still be bad if I hate those foods but exercised more?
So for now (and until I rid myself of this ridiculous obsession with tasty food :P), I’m just going to try to have a good balance between exercise and diet.
