I’ve been slacking off on the writing. need to get back into it. must get up earlier. go to bed earlier. I’m getting depressed by not writing out the muck.
I’ve been writing in my journal in the mornings. lately my boyfriend has been coming in to use the computer and he interrupts me. I need to find a space I won’t be disturbed. it’s really hard to live with him sometimes!
I need to have more time in the morning for this. need to get up at 6 am if I’m going to write and .otherwisemeditate. and it helps so much to put things in perspective. otherwise I feel like I’m floating in muddy waters.
been trying to write 3 pages a day when I wake up in the morning. feel better already. less of an underwater, bewildered feeling.
