I am nervous about the down market. there are so many houses for sale in this town. and according to zillow.com my house went DOWN in value. I’m so scared of not making a profit when I sell. when do I put my house on the market? I’m totally new to all this. ugh. I really wish I had known the taxes were going to almost double 6 months after I bought it.
