Now I have to learn how to use it…and…I want to get a domain name and website.

Does anyone recommend any good sites for me to begin?

I want to have a website for my art, so that I can begin selling my paintings. I know a couple of people who may be able to help me design it. Does anyone else out there design sites for a reasonable price? I have a blog online now, but my own website would be very cool.
