when i manage to get up on time i sepd the rest of the day wasting time. im so annoyed with myself. i have so much to do but feel so lazy and actaully cannot be bothered. how bad is that

which means i am bad today
why do i do it to myself? good one day, then reward it with procrastination
and now im busy but i feel ill, headache, weak, dizzy
think its to do with my diet and doing things all the time
