Well, I’m back up to twice a week aerobics and have bought wii fit to fill in on the off days :) slowly but surely!

I just started doing arobics twice a week, I figure it’s a good step in the right direction!



Workin' on it... 3 years ago

I am trying to exercise 6 days a week. Alternating Step Arobics and Yoga/toning exercises. It’s a chore right now, I can’t wait for it to be a habit.
