1. Sticking to our guns on a decision – There was a inter-cultural meet at school yesterday and my friend and i were talking to somebody. Suddenly one from our ‘gang’ butted in and asked us to leave him and join them. But that would have been rude and we firmly said no. It feels good to do the right thing.

1. Cooking on a grand scale and enjoying the process – With a plan in mind, i set about cooking all the items i’d planned to do. It was a big deal for me since it was the first time i was cooking for people other than me and my husband. I cooked everything according to plan, without any irritations, stopping to smell the aroma and enjoy the process of cooking. I was glad everything turned out well too.
2. Hitting the bookstore and coming home to a good dinner waiting – The evening was relaxed and i wanted to spend some time in a bookstore. The flip side was that i could stay there as long as i wanted without having to worry about going back home and cooking dinner since i had already cooked a delicious meal that afternoon
3. Finding the 43T book – It is a cute little book and i was flipping through it. Reading all those gave me a sense of belonging and pride as well. This is a book i definitely want to have. But right now, it conflicts with my resolve to clear debt, so will certainly buy it once that’s done.
