new week new beginning...

okay let’s try this again…this time without the excuses…

Goal times:

mon. 5/07: 7:00 am -



starting this again...

It’s been awhile since I’ve been on 43Things. I’ve decide to work on this goal again because I was pretty successful with it before. I just wont allow myself to become obsessive about it.
The big goal for now is to get up by 6 am each day but I’ve so not a morning person I have to do this 5 minutes at a time.
so tomorrow’s goal (Tue 5/02) is to get up and out of bed by 7:00 am.



this week...

well i didn’t wake up on time again today. 2 failures in one week just 5 minutes before my goal time. I dont know what has been up with me this week. I have been tired and unmotivated (except for exercising). i have hardly been doing any of my routines. i dont know why im so exhausted. im disappointed in my self but im just going to suck it up. sleep in this weekend and on monday start fresh and go back to getting up on time again. like flylady says – i dont need to throw the baby out with the bath water.

3/5 days got up on time.



i am so mad at myself

today was suppose to be victory day. today would have marked me going 4 weeks straight getting up on time. and today i blew it. i could not drag my ass out of bed and slept in 30 minutes. i was so tired. im so mad because i have being do so good. this week for some reason has been so hard to get out of bed. ugh. im so disappointed with myself. sigh…oh well im just going to make my ass get up tomorrow at 6:00am on the dot…



2/26 - 3/2

mon 2/26: goal time: 6:15 am - did!
tue 2/27: goal time: 6:10 am - did!
wed 2/28: goal time: 6:05 am - did!
thu 3/1: goal time: 6:00am- failed! :(
fri 3/2: goal time: 6:00am- failed! :(

2/28: today was the hardest day since i started this goal to get out of bed. I almost gave in and hit the snooze button but i didn’t want to mess up being so close to my goal! Actually this whole week has been really hard to get out of bed and the only thing i can think of is because im so tired from working out now….anywho…start i will reach my goal wake up time. then i will try to keep getting up at 6am for a while and then i will mark this one as done….



2/20 - 2/23

Tue 2/20: goal time: 6:25 am - did!
Wed 2/21: goal time: 6:20 am - did!
Thu 2/22: goal time: 6:15 am - did!
Fri 2/23: goal time: 6:10 am - did!

Yay! another good week. 4/4 days! woowho! only 10 minutes away from my goal wake up time of 6:00 am. I never thought I could make it this far…this was always one of my worst habits.



woohoo!

I am actually getting up about a 1/2 hour early than I was about 2 weeks ago. It’s definitely helping me with my other goals and getting them accomplished….i think i’m gonna make my wake up time to be 6am. I’ll get there 5 minutes at a time… :)



2/12 - 2/16

Monday 2/12: goal time 6:40 am - did!
Tuesday 2/13: goal time 6:35 am - did!
Wednesday 2/14: goal time 6:30 am - did!
Thursday 2/15: goal time 6:25 am did!
Friday 2/16: goal time 6:20 am did!

Yay another 7 out of 7 week for me! I’m really amazed because I could never get myself out of bed before 7am before. Woowho! I get to sleep in Saturday, Sunday and Monday since I am off for Prez Day so I will resume Tuesday!



This week...

Monday 2/5 – woke by 6:55 am which was goal
Tuesday 2/6 – goal 6:50 am did!
Wednesday 2/7 – goal 6:45 am - did!
Thursday 2/8 – goal 6:40 am - did!
Friday 2/9 – goal 6:35 am - did!

Saturday and Sunday’s are sleep in days for me so looks like I woke up each day this week at my goal tiime! 7/7



the weekend...

tomorrow’s saturday and normally i would sleep in but my son has a game at 9:00 am so I have to get up early so I’m going to try to be up by 7:55 am…we’ll see.
