Just when you think you’ve made an artful compromise. . .
Unfortunately, the monied interests of the world do not really believe in a win/win situation. Either they win & you lose, or its no deal.

I’m working for someone else, but also for myself. I have adjusted my priorities, but I am still keeping them beyond a dollar bill.
I get more cheers on this goal than any other. But I’m the only one doing it!
Surely there are some cube dwelling button punchers out there who must feel the same way.
Do you remember having a dream? Maybe you still have one. Are you satisfied selling your dream for 3, 4, 500 dollars a week?
I don’t want to be stuck in a cubicle somewhere, perpetuating the beauracracy. No! I know that I can achieve my dreams. I want to be engaged in life, taking on the challenges that stand between me and my destiny.
Too many people are afraid of going after what they really want, and end up doing a job they hate. Why should I sell out, breaking my back writing up code for The Man? Destroying the environment with junk mail? Or helping design bullets for the war machine?
No thanks. If that’s what it takes, then it’s just not my place in the 9-5 world.
It’s nice to be out of the 9-5 world, but having no weekends is a real drag after a while. Though it’s not perfect, I like my job and my life. The issues I am embroiled in have a tangible quality to them, and It’s certainly a good feeling to know that you are making your own opportunities in life.
Ah the crazy life of a small business entrepreneur. . .
no cube for me!
But how long can it last?
we’ll see . . .
