little too hard core the other day, think i pulled something. all better now anyway. I can get down all the way with my left leg in front, but my back leg is kind of bent…. (?) how can I work on straightening it?

We’ll I’ve been stretching a little less often lately, but it seems to be working out more. Some days I can just get down really far, better than if I had been stretching all week.
haha now i’m sore from stretching last night. guess i was a little too intense. my normal splits were v good, but still can’t get down in the side one. so tough. getting there though. tried reading while in a split (so i could hold it for longer) but that just made my arms sore. maybe ill take tonight off and stretch something else?
still having a tough time doing “russian” splits. getting better though. can almost sit on a thick pillow on a good day. my goal is to be able to do all kinds of splits by this summer :)
I’ve been working for a couple of months now. I can get down in the front/back splits pretty easy once I’ve stretched enough (score!), but the “russian” splits are still difficult. Will keep stretching. For all you hopefulls out there: stretching does help A TON! Just do a little bit every day, I like to do it before I go to bed, and you’ll notice improvements in no time!
Maybe if I stretch every night I will be able to. Hmm… Can almost do a regular split, but pretty far from Russian splits haha.
