Why did I start with guitar! 3 years ago

I’ve been playing guitar for ages, and I’m pretty decent, but I still can’t read music. If anyone has any ideas on good methods to learn to read sheet music as a guitarist, then please let me know. Otherwise I may have to learn the piano as well, at least then the notes can only be played in one place!
