My last credit card breathing its final breath 2 years ago

I just got word that I will soon be receiving a check in the mail for an accident I was in last year. $861.00. This will be the final blow to my last credit card! After this, we tackle the two credit cards my husband has left and his car! Then we start saving for school/ a house!

I want to be out of debt by the end of the year. 2 years ago

My new husband and I have challenged ourselves to get out of debt by the end of the year. We were horrified to discover that we are paying $500 a month toward creditors. I challenge you to see how much you are paying creditors (car, cards, home mortgage) every month.
