get all my dental work done

It was almost 6 years to complete this! I am more than thrilled to be able to mark this off my list… And my teeth are wonderful!

My jaw is still pretty sore but my crowns look beautiful. I have my new retainers also. I am getting so close… I can’t wait to mark this off my list(I think I say that alot!)

I have some work to do on both the upper and lower left. I had the right side done last year(thank God.) I am having the lower left done on Thursday and the upper left some time this summer. I had the molds taken for the retainers and needless to say I am so glad to be working on this. I have hated having this looming over my head and I don’t know why I haven’t made it more of a priority. W. is so careless with his teeth that I think that is making me more obsessed with mine.

I have an appointment for a cleaning and getting new retainers! I still have to get some fillings replaced and a crown but at least I am back in the game. I was so unhappy with the last dentist I went to and I couldn’t stand my orthodontist so I just avoided the situation for awhile. Now, I am just ready to have it all fixed and maintain.

I have half of my mouth done but I am going to wait awhile to do the other half as I have sensitivity to hot and cold and want to wait for that to subside before I do the rest.

I have an appointment in Texas this month that I am going to have to cancel but I found a holistic dentist in Connecticut that sounds promising…made a consultation appointment for the first week in December-hopefully he will have a cancellation before then though since I won’t be here much longer than that. I need to do something soon though-the spaces from my braces between my back teeth are driving me crazy!!!!

I had my first post braces teeth cleaning, all the xrays, etc… To have all the work that I need to have done I have two appointments, the first being the week before Thanksgiving and the second the week after. Yay, an end in sight!

I am ready to start doing this now that my braces are off!! I have to get my teeth cleaned again-third time this year but first without braces in almost 4 years. I have some fillings and crowns to replace-they are ones I have had since I was a child and they were those amalgam(sp?) fillings so I want to replace them with gold.
