I’ve also been more selective about what I eat at restuarants which is new for me. I’m making healthier choices instead of on the whim choices.
Working out a little every day has been great! I feel better plus I started taking multivitamins and can see a difference in my nails and with another multivitamin I saw a difference in my energy levels. I probably won’t be logging all my workouts here but it was a great supportive group and blog site. Very Positive.

I have been working out more regularly. Going to the gym to do weights, stairmaster, swimming. I enrolled in an ice skating class and have also gotten up early at 5am to walk the dog. I feel better and have more energy. I feel after several jump starts, I finally have my motor going set to drive. So, I probably won’t be logging all my exercise in this blog. It did help. But this time I plan to just do and write about my journey in my morning pages.

Finally got up to go swimming in the morning again. It was more of a fear factor issue that started til my motivation dwindled. Today felt great. Like the good old times swimming again. Some of the 5 am regulars were surprised to see me I could tell.

Got really tired from the stationary bike since I was alternating between hard and lighter. It was 9pm but I didn’t feel confortable calling it a night like usual until I got my workout done. I ended up sleeping past 11pm. So I didn’t go on my swim in the morning despite the fact that I slept in my swim suit. Oh, well atleast I’m getting closer to my goals since I am actually motivated now and doing something about it.

Went out with just my Siberian. The first 3 miles were tough. Then I just walked the rest of the way cuz the side of my knee was hurting. Its my left knee that seems to consistently hurt. I’m not sure whether to start wearing a knee brace. Still pumped up about transforming my body.

I want to build up my lower body. I enjoy the bike. Right now I’m still on level 3-5 and that is tough for me. I was able to tone up on the stationary bike when I was younger. I love the way my legs feel rock solid after the workout. Did arm weights to tone my underarm flab and 15 min on the Trim Hula Hoop to get back to what my stomache was before I stopped using it.
I was motivated again to work out. I saw people who are really into fitness and got the motivation I so needed.

I have been East, West, North lately so I skipped out on some walks or walked slower with friends. Today my mind was full so I chose to go up a hill and got my heart rate up. I went through dirt and rock trails and hear birds up in trees. So it was very nice and relaxing and physically stimulating enough to break up my afternoon.

Tough Two Mile Jog. The last one was euphoria. I finally started feeling strong and in rythmem. My kids got tired after 3 and husband took off to yoga so I went in to do stuff.
I still find myself starting and stopping. Sometimes its just not in me and I can’t even make myself want to push myself to exercise.

It felt good to get sweaty and push myself. It had been a while since I got a good workout cuz I had a procedure done. I walked 1/2 around the block first which my four year old pushed his scooter. I got to give him his time so I can have mine. After he was tired and easily agreed to ride the jogger. I guess it would get boring riding for 3 miles. Last time I was very grumpy and frustrated cuz I was too anxious to get my run in. Today I just felt like walking but felt great enough to run.

I had a small medical procedure so I’ve been taking it easy and not jogging. I felt good enough to jog finally. My kids were very cranky, and picking on each other so it wasn’t as relaxing as it was in the past.
