a month ago, i was doing really well. then things (just me) got crazy (stupid boy) and i haven’t done it since. well, i’ll figure something out. i sure as hell don’t want to press ‘i give up’. NO to that. YES to running!!

ok, so i finally got started on this goal. Tonight was my fourth time this week, so that’s a good start, right??
I need encouragment! I’m scared I’m going to get bored and then fall back into my laziness, which I hate. I want to feel good and I want to feel that I’m worth it. Plus, I’d like to look nice when I’m a bridesmaid this summer for one of my best friends. But mostly, the first reason.

As much as i hate to admit it, excercise is good. Especially when it’s the answer to one of your problems. A month, that should get me into some sort of habit. Or at the very least, it’ll be good for a month
