Catch a fish and eat it

i love sea food. i grew up on it. at 3 times a week. My uncle lives in a beautiful home not too far from mine. In the back yard, there is a little fence covered in grapevines and beyond that fence there is a humble little deck over the rancocas creek. when i was a kid i would sit back there for hours fishing. All i ever caught were catfish that we always released. I don’t like catfish anyway. this past summer, i saw a group of men fishing off of a pier not far from where i was swimming at the jersey shore. just as i noticed the men, a large sea bass passed by me in the shallow water right where the waves were breaking. one month later, my sister took me out and ordered me a whole sea bass in a Mediterranean sauce. as soon as i saw it i thought of how satisfying it would be to recreate that dish with a fish that i caught on my own.
