summer progress 16 months ago

Well, summer is about to end. I can proudly say that I have gained a solid 10-15 pounds of muscle mass over this summer bringing my total weight up to about 175 pounds. Now the next step is keeping the same motivation and determination to get ripped during the school semester.



Progress 18 months ago

Well, I am bored on a Friday night because I am in my hometown and I don’t have anything to do so I decided to write on my progress.

I have gained 7.5 pounds and I am now 167.5 pounds. The heaviest I have ever been. I assume it is straight muscle because I am pretty fit. It may have a little to do with the beer muscle I built up on my stomach this last year, but it has to be mostly real muscle weight.



Starting to see some pectorals peeking out 2 years ago

I have been working out hard for the last 2 months, and I am finally starting to see my pectorals gaining some mass (my problem area). My arms and shoulders are already noticably bigger. I think it was that I started to have to do 2 workouts on pecs / week rather than just one.



Working out everyday 2 years ago

I have been working hard on this one. I workout almost everyday with my friend. I think the key is to do it with at least one other person. You keep each other motivated, and push each other. Also, it is always a fun time. I love going to exercise and workout now. We always shoot the shit and just have a good time, plus it is good for your body. Lastly, the results make you feel good, especially how your muscles feel tight when your finished.
