i actually got in the mosh pit…sort of. for a few minutes.

since i’ve finished college and gotten an office job, i’ve missed out on a lot of things…namely, real vacations. i’m not talking about taking a few days off to putter around the apartment – i haven’t had a real spring break in about three years.

this year, i went back home for break.
i’ve moved to the mountains for my current job, and left my friends behind. i’ve missed them. i have’t been home since my best friend got married in september. so…
i went. and i saw all these cool bands – i was in the heart of sxsw (south by southwest is an annual music festival in austin – soooooo awesome) and i realized that i’ve spent all this time being a successful adult and not enough time being…well, 26.

i’ve resolved since then that:
—i will be going back for sxsw next march
—i’m going to austin city limits in september
—i will go to as many concerts as possible
