Sure, I hate it for sucking time out of my day, but the byproduct of that is that I’ve found a lot of people I haven’t seen in a long time.

I ran into my old band teacher the other day and now I think I’m going to join the community jazz band in September. It would be a fun way to get back in touch with some people I haven’t seen for a while and give me some motivation to start playing again.

I emailed a friend that I haven’t seen for quite some time and she emailed me back from Rome! Wasn’t expecting that at all.

Now she’s visiting in August. :)
