Book #37: How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci, by Michael J. Gelb 6 days ago

A book that points to several qualities that summarize Leonardo da Vinci’s genius and provides elaborations on them, with many exercises to get your mind operating on his level.

I have to say, the author demonstrates his brilliant mind in being able to so sensitively and comprehensively reveal the master in all his depth.

Book #36: Long Quiet Highway, by Natalie Goldberg 2 weeks ago

An autobiographical reminiscence on the life and spiritual awakening of this writer who has written the book, Writing Down the Bones, an inspirational writer’s classic. I especially like when she writes about her relationship with her spiritual teacher.

Book #35: Flight Plan, by Brian Tracy 3 weeks ago

Using airplane flight as a metaphor, this author take you through his steps and discusses some key concepts for achieving success in life.

Book #34: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, by J.K. Rowling 3 weeks ago

I rarely read novels, preferring non-fiction almost exclusively, but I was curious to see what this incredibly popular series was is all about, so I read the first book. Quite imaginative – the details of what a school for wizards could be like was intriguing. I actually found the level of detail a bit overwhelming, with all the unfamiliar names to keep track of. But, it was a good, richly realized work of fantasy, but to this non-fiction junkie, there was not enough useful information in it.

Book #33: The Law of Attraction, by Esther and Jerry Hicks 3 weeks ago

A crystal clear, detailed, comprehensive explanation of the Law of Attraction and how you can use it in your life.

Book #32: Release Your Brilliance, by Simon T. Bailey 4 weeks ago

Likening one to a diamond, this is a how-to book on discovering, honing and releasing one’s genius self. Gives you lots to do, including getting a partner in applying the ideas of the book and questions to answer. Obviously, the topic of the book is best surmounted by someone who is committed.

Book #31: CosMos, by Ervin Laszlo and Jude Currivan 1 month ago

A brilliant, just released book summing up some of the most recent discoveries in science which show the ways spirituality and science are aligning with each other.

Book #30: You've GOT to Read This Book, by Jack Canfield and Gay Hendricks 1 month ago

A collection of 55 highly successful people write about a favorite book that has made a significant impact on their lives. Filled with the choice ideas from these books that were pivotal, and so, reading this book is highly worthwhile, IMHO.

Book #29: Courageous Souls, by Robert Schwartz 2 months ago

This is an amazing book, which explores the ways in which 10 people, or rather, souls, planned their major challenges in life, such as alcoholism, breast cancer, blindness, deafness, or serious “accident” resulting in physical disability, in the time between lives, as spirits. With uncanny clarity, the mediums involved with this book, bring to light the wisdom and love that went into these decisions and even reveal the actual conversations in spirit that went on between the important people involved in these events and the ultimate purposes filled.

A very thought provoking and mind expanding book filled with apt and powerful spiritual insights throughout. Highly recommended!

Book #28: Trust Your Vibes, by Sonia Choquette 2 months ago

A book all about developing and living from one’s intuition, by a master six-sensory teacher. If you are serious, this book needs to be read slowly to leave time to do the weekly tips. Unfortunately, I read the book straight through.
