but lost 1 kg. So what do I think did the magic? Less water, more tea – so that could be water loss that led to weight loss. Then no breakfast and lunch, only dinner. Not at all a good habit. But may be I should wait for a week to see if I’ll lose more? If so I’ll continue the same way atleast until I am free enough to get back to my walking habit. Now-a-days, I am at work till wee hours of dawn (hence the skipping of breakfast and lunch and more tea).

... then I need to do one or more of the following:
a. Cook my own dinner
b. Buy and store ready-made food
c. Persuade my housemate to cook for me
d. Visit friends who cook well, around dinner time
I plan to go for option (a) and (b). I’ll start with option (b) until I am OK to start cooking.
I think I’ll start with Weight Watchers ready-made foods. I shouldn’t exceed 18 WW POINTS in a day. I should exclude Wednesday dinner’s, as I would be dining with my Alpha Course mates.
So let me go shopping and get some Weight Watchers stuff. If I lose 1kg this week, then I would stick to this diet for one more week, before I try something else. Else, I am off to try Tesco’s diets the next week.
I eat a lot of food from outside (and usually it is rice and some non-veg curry or Pizzas) which have got a bad impact on my health and wallet. So time to quit this habit.
So for the following week starting from 22nd October, no more ordering food from outside.
I have not been weight conscious for a long time now. My philosophy was more like “eat and enjoy”. But since my BMI is approaching the “boundaries” I think I need to consider healthy options. And this is going to be a start.
