By following a meal plan I have found that I go for periods of time that I am still hungry when I eat all of the meal plan. There are other times that the meal plan seems like too much food.
I have been told that this may be due to eating sweets or white flour based food. It could also be from using artificial sweeteners. The nutritionist said there are alot of things that affect our metabolism.
I am determined to contue using a meal plan and continue to learn.
I am starting a new week of meal plans: eDiet Diabetic. I am not able to purchase the specific ingredients for the menus so I will be substituting what I have on hand at home. I am excited. I always get excited at new beginnings.
I was doing a different goal that was simular, but it involved creating my meal plan. I do not want to do that. It is too much work for me. I am following eDiets meal plan for Diabetics. This is very helpful to me. I just have trouble keeping on track every meal and every snack especially when tempting foods are around.
