Last week and this week I started my toning on Tuesday. Last week I did Tue & Thur. With this being a holiday week, my routine got a little messed up. I kept planning on doing it Monday but I was contantly busy. Babysitting my granddaughter is almost like lifting weights. My shoulder get sore after carrying her for hours.
I think there is a better chance I will get my 3 toning sessions in this week.
