I fixed a big batch of chicken soup last night. I had it cold for lunch today because the weather is so hot. It hit the spot.

Last night I fixed BLT sanwiches for dinner. I used turkey bacon and romain lettuce. it was sooo good. 2 out of 3 of my kids had a second sanwich. They even ate the lettuce that was in it. I feel like I scored!
I went shopping yesterday. I did not purchase a lot of healthy food. I have teenage boys and I was mostly shopping for them. I did get the ingredient for a healthy sanwich, I am going to try it on my boys. I am sure my daughter will enjoy the sanwich. I do not like to purchase very much at a time because then I tend to waste to food. I am just trying to take one day at a time with healthy eating.
Yesterday I did not do well and I ate too much.
I have gotten back in the habit of fixing green tea for myself. It is so refreshing that I want to drink it all day long.
It is easier to eat healthy when there is healthy food around. I made chicken soup. It taste delishous fresh.
